Nose: It is a fruity champagne, with aromas of exotic fruits.
Mouth: It is fruity, unctuous and deep. It has a very mild taste in the mouth. Highlights aromas of exotic fruits, candied white fruits and sweet spices. The Impérial Nectar attack is powerful, and has a fresh ending.
Temperature: Before serving, the Nectar Impérial has to cool about 40 minutes in a cooler with half ice and half water (or six hours in a refrigerator). The ideal temperature to consume is 6-8 degrees.
Pairing: The Nectar Impérial is recommended especially in appetizer or with a dessert. It combines very well with Mexican dishes (with mole for example), with dishes with agri-sweet sauce, with meats with cream and foie-gras and roquefort type cheeses.
